If you’re happy to proceed, we can arrange a free site visit from one of our surveyors. During this visit, we’ll assess your space and discuss your requirements in more detail.
If you’d like a fully personalised design, our 3D designer can work with you to create a detailed visual of your new bathroom. This is an optional service available at an additional cost. Alternatively, our surveyor can guide you through different design ideas and samples to help you choose a style that suits your preferences.
Once you’ve chosen your preferred bathroom style, we will prepare a detailed quotation along with a formal agreement.
After acceptance, we will issue an invoice for the deposit and confirm a suitable start date for your project. At this stage, everything is clearly outlined so you know exactly what to expect.
The first stage of the project involves safely removing your existing bathroom.
Before any work begins, we take care to protect surrounding areas of your home. We then proceed with a full strip-out, including flooring, fixtures, and fittings.
All waste materials are carefully removed and disposed of, leaving the space clean and ready for the installation phase.
Following the demolition, the installation of your new bathroom typically takes around 15–20 working days for a standard project.
This includes plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and fitting all fixtures and finishes.
For more bespoke designs or in cases where additional preparation is required (such as uneven floors, walls, or ceilings), the timeline may be slightly extended. We always ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared and structurally sound before installing your new bathroom.
If any additional work is identified, we will inform you in advance, explain the requirements, and agree on any changes in time or cost. Our goal is to keep you fully informed throughout the entire process.
Once installation is complete, we carry out thorough quality checks to ensure everything meets our standards.
